When you have the unpopular opinion of Christmas

In what is admittedly an unpopular opinion, the website xoJane.com published an opinion piece titled “Christmas should not be a National Holiday.” It’s made its way around the Internet, and TIME.com even picked it up.

Written by Marci, a Jewish woman, she states right off “no religious holiday should be a national holiday; therefore, those who celebrate Christmas should have to ask for the day off if it falls on a day they would otherwise be working.”
