Doing Diocesan Conventions differently

The Diocese of Connecticut is going to give it a try. What do you think of their plan?

This is my diocese and I'm excited about this! We are actively working on re-imagining church, re-imagining ordained ministry, re-imagining eucharistic communities, while still living with the stuff of the model we inherited. Now we're finding the rubbing places between those two visions and this convention is a way forward, to bring into the process everyone who is at convention - delegates and visitors alike.
