Diocese of Chichester reports on child sex abuse failures

The initial results of an inquiry into the diocesan child protection policies in the Diocese of Chichester in the Church of England was published yesterday.

Are we talking child abuse in general, or sexual abuse of children in particular, I wonder. The sex abuse scandal of the RCC sometimes makes it seem as if it's the only way those in power harm children, but I've known teachers who regularly bullied kids something awful without ever laying a finger on them.
