A Christmas buffet

A wandering soul with an internet connection looking for spiritual sustenance in this holy season can find all matter of wonders.

There's the Huffington Post's 10 best religion books of the year feature, Scott Gunn's blog posting on the world's worst Advent calendars (inspired by Tim Schenck's nomination), and the (1 and 2) winners of Stephen Prothero's Make Your Own Religion contest, which he ran in a religion class at Boston University.

For real sustenance, dailyoffice.org offers an online Festival of Lessons and Carols with artwork, music and podcasts from the KJV. Also check out Mission St. Clare and Padre Mickey's new Office site in Spanish, locoracion.blogspot.com.

We all feature psalms, scripture and prayer.
