Don Armstrong remains a "priest in good standing" in CANA
At the end of George Conger's article detailing the events of the past week in Colorado surrounding the former rector of Grace and St. Stephen's Episcopal Church and the present leader of St. George's (CANA) comes this bit of information:
"Mr. Armstrong told The Church of England Newspaper he was pleased by the outcome. ‘This is really over,’ he said.A spokesman for CANA told CEN Mr. Armstrong remains a ‘priest in good standing’ with CANA,
and that Bishop Martyn Minns ‘will soon be making a visit to the parish in Colorado Springs to more fully understand this difficult and sad situation.’"
From here.

Never let it be said that there is no honor among thieves....

More proof, not that it's needed, that primarily it's all about politics, not about religion.

Actually, Roger, all it means at this point is that ACNA is as cautious about due process as the Episcopal Church. Yes, according to ACNA canons there is cause for discipline; but discipline takes time, even when cause is pretty clear and public.
Now, if Minns makes his visitation and then declines to act....

"Thou shalt not steal" has already been edited from their version of the 10 Commandments, so what is there for Minns to discover?

You could well be right, Marshall. The current Stand Firm thread on the Armstrong case shows that "reasserter" opinion on the case is far from monolithic, and there may be those in CANA's hierarchy who wonder if there was an element of opportunism, related to impending charges by the Colorado diocese, in the timing of Armstrong's decision to hoist CANA's colours.

Not wishing Mr. Conger to be uninformed, I went over and left a link to your post giving the link to the entire plea agreement.
Also, that would be Grace and St. Stephen's even though Grace and St. Paul's has a nice symmetry to it.
