Goths and rockers go to church

CNN catches up with Goth Eucharists in England and the U2charist in the U.S. in this surprisingly snark-free three minute segment. For the record, it's our understanding at the Cafe that the U2charist is the brainchild of Sarah Dylan Breuer, though she seldom gets credit for it,

As a retired goth DJ, I've often thought about creating goth-faith events. I'm envisioning a night-time outdoor labyrinth with a downtempo soundtrack, or something more ancient with equally permeating grooves.

At the same time, I often wonder what would happen if I showed up at church in some of my older garb. Probably for the best that it doesn't fit so much anymore.
