Surfing for a bishop

The use of websites and the internet for Diocesan Bishop Search processes is becoming more and more the preferred method for gathering and disseminating information.

An example of this trend is the Diocese of Wyoming's newly posted site. In addition to the use of the web site, much of the committee work is being done through video and telephone conferencing. Wyoming has a relationship with Episcopal Divinity School for online video conference meetings for the Search and for other diocesan meetings.
From the website:

The search for the next Episcopal Bishop of the Diocese of Wyoming is underway! Whether you are a member of the Wyoming flock or a potential bishop applicant, this site will provide you with the information you need to keep you updated on the process and progress of the search, transition and election for the 9th Bishop of Wyoming.

The information will be updated frequently with materials added continually, so please visit often. While you're here, be sure to sign up for email so you'll receive regular news updates.
