Lambeth invite for provisional bishop of San Joaquin
From Bishop Jerry Lamb:
I received great news three days ago from the office of the manager of the Lambeth Conference [Sue Parks]. The e-mail says "we are expecting you at the Lambeth Conference". I was wondering when the invitation would arrive or even, some days, if it would ever come to Jane and me. Well, it is here and we are making plans to attend....I am pleased to be going, but I am more pleased because this a clear sign from the Anglican Communion that the Episcopal Diocese of San Joaquin is the only Anglican Diocese in all of inland Central California. I received this invitation because I am your Bishop and, therefore, entitled to attend the Lambeth Conference as the Bishop of the Diocese of San Joaquin recognized by the Archbishop of Canterbury.
Read the rest. Has former Bishop Schofield's invitation been sent? Retracted?

CANA and AMiA bishops are not invited. By the same logic Schofield would not be invited. I suppose Rowan could argue that Schofield already had an invitation, or that Schofield was not irregularly consecrated.
There is also the question of whether Schofield has committed to Rowan that he will play be the agenda set for Lambeth -- did he get a phone call from Rowan?
I wouldn't be surprized if Schofield quietly gets a signal that it would be helpful if he did not come to Lambeth. That is, a very English disinvitation. (I note, too, that there's something deliberately vague about Lamb receiving news of his invitation through the office of the conference manager rather than from the ABC.)

It seems J-D S's invitation has not yet been retracted and J-D S is planning to attend:
