Pope tweets

Pope Benedict XVI sent his first tweet today, apparently using the iPad Twitter app to do so. He used the occasion to both praise Jesus and announce the Vatican's rockin' new web site:

Dear Friends, I just launched http://t.co/fVHpS9y Praised be our Lord Jesus Christ! With my prayers and blessings, Benedictus XVI

What say you? (And hold off on the Anthony Weiner humor, okay? This is a café.) (Also, please do not confuse papal tweets with @oldmansearch.)

I can't find obvious fault w/ it . . . but that's far from a guarantee. ;-/

[On Twitter, will the Pope's tweets carry an imprimatter?]
