National Geographic features King James Bible

The King James Bible is the subject of a National Geographic article by Adam Nicolson and picture gallery by Jim Richardson:

First printed 400 years ago, it molded the English language, buttressed the “powers that be”—one of its famous phrases—and yet enshrined a gospel of individual freedom. No other book has given more to the English-speaking world.

The article looks at the history of the King James Bible, as well as its use then and now.
