King James Version: history and politics

Trinity Wall Street has been offering a study of the King James Version of the Bible. They have made two of the presentations from the classes available on the internet.

2011 marks the 400th anniversary of the creation of the King James Version of the Bible and a good opportunity for learning more about this cultural icon and religious treasure. For six Sundays this Spring, Trinity parishioners studied the KJV Bible with Dr. Mary Chilton Callaway and Dr. Patrick Hornbeck. Here, you'll find two of Dr. Hornbeck's presentations from the popular class.
