The Passion in the public square

A passion play will be performed in Trafalgar Square.

Riazat Butt accompanies the cast and crew as they rehearse and work through technicals. She discusses the nature of the passion for the actors, producer, and participants, why they are undertaking the project and the risks and challenges of this kind of performance in a public setting.

I love this idea -- wish she had found a Christian to say that it is more than afterlife but check out Daily Episcopalian for that Good News.
