Gomez-advised group obsesses over homosexuality

Anglican Mainstream, contrary to its moniker, is a blog that comes from the right side of the spectrum. Funny enough for a blog, it does not allow comments. And its content is virtually entirely reposts of the original content of others.

AM claims that its Primatial Adviser is The Most Rev. Drexel Gomez. Gomez may advise them, but he's no longer a provincial primate. However, what is for certain: he was the appointed head of the Anglican Covenant Design Group.

Thus, it is useful to take a periodic look at the content on Anglican Mainstream. The theme of late seems to be that there are experts who can help rid you of your homosexuality, there are demons who want to make your children gay, and gays are the cause of child abuse in the Catholic Church.

In light of the recent CNN series, The 'Sissy Boy' Experiment, it is appropriate to revisit AM's obsession with promoting "reparative therapy".

Some examples:

When not busy obsessing about the gays, Anglican Mainstream stays busy bashing Muslims.

Not to worry. None of this is anything you need to read. But it pays to be reminded what this group advised by the head of the Anglican Convenant Design Group is up to.
