The Primate of Wales

Archbishop Barry Morgan of Wales, whom one dearly wishes had been able to make it to Dar es Salaam, has given an excellent speech in Cork. You can read it here. He makes the case for the Episcopal Church better than we have made it ourselves. (Hat tip to Simon.)

This article was very helpful to a fuller understanding of our relationship to Lambeth. We should not really have to knuckle under to the decisions made at Dars es Salaam.

Thanks, Jim, for your continued efforts to educate us on the issues.

A hat tip - and many thanks - to Archbishop Morgan as well for helping dispel the myth that Rome...oops, I mean Lambeth "has spoken," once for all forever.

I hope the ABC will read it.

This is absolutely brilliant. It should be widely disseminated.

He was on sabbatical - we see, I think, the fruits of sabbath time. The contrast with other recent missives is stark.
