Duncan on the ropes?

The Anglican Scotist is of the opinion that Bishop Robert Duncan and the other Network bishops may be in a poor strategic position post-Tanzania. I don't know that I agree, but it is an interesting read.

What I find convincing about this post is the notion that there is not a single tightly organized right wing conspiracy. There are likely multiple actors with mixed and possibly conflicting agendas.
