Today's InclusiveChurch press release recaps succinctly the big picture history of the C-of-E and human sexuality.

Can somebody please point me to something that recaps the history of the conservative/evangelical movement in the U.S. that clarifies the alphabet soup (CANA, AAC, Network etc).
