Easter's Complete Love

JimpsieAyresEasterLeap_500.jpg

Artist Jimpsie Ayres writes "...thinking about entering life with complete abandon and love. Inspired by this Japanese Christian blessing:

Go into the world with a daring and tender love. Go in peace. The world is waiting. And all that you do, do it for love, and in the name of Jesus Christ who is Lord.

Ayres' image originally startled me - how do these patterns and overlays dovetail in with the Love that has bade us all welcome? Seeking an answer to my own question, at first I found consonance in the background colors and floral. But after sitting for awhile with this, it is the figure, in a gesture of eternal hospitality, that I will remember.
